This last Saturday was Brayden's big birthday party. Because of his little surgery coming up on the 6th we went ahead and had his party a week early. My Granny was here so it worked out perfect. We just had a few friends over for pizza and cake and boy did Brayden enjoy the cake!

Finally some pictures!

Getting the kids pictures taken together that is one of the things that scares me because you never know how stressful it can turn out. If one or both of the kids will cooperate if we will have a good photographer and so on. So while my Granny is here visiting I thought with her help I would tackle the pictures and give it a try, after all it had been since Kaitlyn was 2 and Brayden was 6 wks old when we last had them taken together. It was also a perfect opportunity to get Bray's one (yes one!) year old pictures taken.

It actually turned out to be an amazing day both of the kids were soooo great! The photographer even keep commenting on how well they were they didn't even have to try to get Brayden to smile and they both sat or laid for all of the poses and we were able to get in and out of there so fast. I am so proud of my kids....definitely a proud Momma moment!! And yes we went for ice cream afterwards, they deserved it!

When we got home and I put up some of the pictures I could not believe how much they have both changed. Especially Kaitlyn she has grown up in the last year. She will always be my baby girl though!
